Frequently Asked Questions
Photos:
When will I get to see my photos?
For small events & portrait sessions, turnaround time for your private gallery is approximately 4-6 weeks.
For civil ceremonies at City Hall & intimate weddings, turnaround time for your private gallery is approximately 6-8 weeks.
For full day weddings, turnaround time for your private gallery is approximately 8-10 weeks.
How will my photos be delivered?
For digital orders, depending on your gallery size, you will receive a link to download via email or a USB flash drive via postal mail.
For printed orders, we will mail via USPS.
How many photos will I get to see in my gallery?
We deliver 60-80 images per hour photographed.
Fees:
Do you charge parking fees?
No & Yes. There is a $50 fee per events held in areas where parking is limited, metered, or available by garage only.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes. Unless otherwise arranged, there is a $200 travel fee for every 100 miles outside of the 91745 zip code.
Albums:
What do you offer?
We currently offer 12×12, 10×10, & 8×8 albums as our standard sizes. However, we’re happy to work with you to design a custom size if you prefer.
How many pages do I get?
Each album starts with 10 spreads which is the same as 20 pages/sides. Additional spreads may be added for a fee.
What is a spread?
A spread is 2 sides or 2 pages. Left side + Right side = 1 spread.
How many images on a spread?
On average, we’ll use 5 images per spread, depending on the content. Some spreads may have just one featured image of you and your partner and others may have 10, for example, with images of your wedding details.
Do we get to pick what images to use?
Yes, of course! We will ask you for your top 20 favorites to include in the album.
How long does it take to produce an album?
Based on clients’ participation, albums may take up to a year for completion.
Does album credit expire?
Yes. Full album credit, if applicable, expires one year after event date. Album must be approved before this date.
